Raise your hands............. I did I did!!!
Slow roasted on a Ronco rotisserie... 6.5 pounds.... 1 1/2 hours... last 1/2 hour lots of honey spices and sugar to get a nice crisp crust on the skin.
 
Thawing as I type....tomorrow will be stir fry!

he was a good guy, i wish he wouldn't have gotten injured... but thank you tri-colored rooster for feeding our bellies
