I keep a few bronze turkeys as well. When I first bought turkeys, I thought the bronze would be the least interesting because most photos do not show their true colors. The irridesence (sp?) is amazing. I spend a lot of time just staring at them from different angles to see what color might show up next. They have become one of my favorites.
And they're big and tasty...but be careful, you might get attached because they are friendly buggers.
