Who has built a chicken plucker?

Has anyone built one using a 2 hp motor and either throttling it down or gearing it down with pulleys?

I just built one out of 4" pvc and a 10" carriage bolt. Attaches to my drill. I got a six pack of the flat rubber bungee cords and cut them to about 3" long.

I cut the flanges on a couple of caps down to about 1/2 inch and made it like a barrel.
Takes about 60 seconds to pluck a bird.
