Happy holiday folks! Sorry still don't have much time to write. Putting in a fence (darn Chickens! :)
This guy IS thin. His mom had a hard pregnancy. Lots of care. But she is a fabulous mom.
Should have wrote that this is his first real day. He was born @10:30 the night before.

Awww poor guy. I’m sure he’ll fatten up soon!! It always amazes me how fast they start standing up and walking and stuff haha

Yep, barn kept, in a dim, not dark but no full sunlight either, and not touching the ground it will keep for a long time. We actually had it hanging

I didn’t realize baby horses were so skinny when they’re first born haha
Yeah, they are pretty folded up though, so any fat would be a problem.
