I dabble a little bit in photography. I've never owner or used any kind of fancy camera. Currently I have a Nikon coolpix...just a cheap $150 costco camera. But Its great for the money and it's been perfect for me. Here's a few photos I took in the last year i'm kind of proud of.
Lionfish at Baltimore Aquarium
A duck that appeared at the pond at work.
A Deer I saw while out trail riding
Our horse Tulsa, starting to fill out!
My boss's cat, Punkin
More ducks from work...apparently some guy was keeping poultry for some kind of agricultural tax break, got tired of them, and turned them lose.
My friend and a friend's horse, Rufus.
Friend's Horse April
Pluto Pony!
One of my rabbits had a litter of 9 this year, and raised them all! I wish I'd taken my jeans off the back of the chair first...
Jakrabbitry, LOVED LOVED the ducks and the morning pond... so nice. 4paws, awesome dog shot... love the look. Sundown, always great pics and GAchickngrl, I really like the dark tree against the blue sky.. I've really been getting into contrast too. I need to learn more about my camera to do silhouettes as I really think they are neat.
And, of course, the droplets are amazing.. I was thinking of working by the tub one day to practice with my camera. Did you had food coloring to get the red?
Here's some I took last year around Christmas... snow pics are awesome.. can't believe it's right around the corner.
and here's some recent ones
The Bonfire at Thanksgiving
My neice and I went on a trail ride last weekend and my brother took this pic of her
My son learning to walk
I also have the nikon 5000d and I am still so in love... I cannot say enough good things about it.
