Who is on your Spring "wish list" for new chicks?

Plan on a second coop, soon. I really want to get some French Black Copper Marans. Keep the two flocks seperate and start breeding the Marans, with a focus on keeping to the French Standards.

I want some... Partridge rocks, EEs (partridge coloring), Barnevelder, Partridge Chantecler.... I want chickies who won't get picked off by predators right away, and who lay fun eggs, and who have bare legs. No feather legs. I dont think so.

Also I want to get rid of my rooster.

Edit: I also want quail. I don't want to eat them, I just want them around.

We will NOT be getting any more chickens this next year. We have 26 chicks that will be ready to lay by spring. That should be plenty as we already have 12 laying hens. We would like to try our hand at raising a few turkeys though. Not sure what breed or anything.

Definitely more seramas! I also want some crele OEGB hens, and a splash bantam cochin! Maybe a porcelain d'Uccle, too. That'll probably have to be my limit, my flock is pretty full at the moment.

IF, I say IF I can figure out how to finagle another coop and run I would love to get some Blue and Black Orps and some Black Easter Eggers. *sigh* Right now I only have room for my darling Dellies.

I would really like to get a few Cuckoo Marans and a Blue/Wheaten Americauna but I don't have any more room at the inn, soooo after watching the video Food, Inc and reading Omnivores Dilemma, I think I'll try about 50 Cornish X's.

Someone in my area is hatching me 10 ameraucana chicks in Feb. I also plan on getting some BR and RIR at the feed store plus whatever else catches my eye at the moment

I would also like more LF cochins and a few d'Uccle of any color and a few silkies for broodys would be nice. I also want to do some meaties this year as well as some turkeys. I want to replenish my duck flock as well, I think Im going to order some soon rather then waiting for this spring though. Boy I better get building.........
