Last candled on the 14 day, definitely something there.
Temps have fluctuated too much ranging some days between 34 and 39 degC. The odd thing is some days it would sit ang on for 4-5 days then drop for no apparent reason, so I would tweak the thermostat and bang up it would go.....
Won't be doing it again unless i get a wafer thermostat.
Humidity, I was using the dry method for the first week, ut my water wiggler dried up, so I added water to the wiggler and water to the incuator in a small tu and kept the humidity about 50--60% then upped it to 70% from day 18.
These were the first few fertile eggs from my pullets and cockerell, so even though they were fertile, maye they were not fertile enough...if thats possible. They're either fertile or they are not? Correct?
If nothing my the end of the day I'll get the boys to crack the eggs, they like gory things like that and I'll how developed they are to pinpoint day of death to see what even caused the deaths.
