When we candled last week , we seen movement in 3 eggs and nothing in the 4th. BUT , I left that egg under her just incase .

Day 24

No movement, no noise.

Candled the eggs again, and it looks like they died between day 7-14.

3/4 of the egg is dark, i can see the airsack and also a lighter area with veins in the small end.

Now i have to wait for a broody.

I ended up with 4 penedecosta's, all partridge (I ordered 12 part. and 12 wheaten.) I hope I have 1 roo and 3 hens, but what are the odds, hopefully they won't all be the same!
I have 4 turkey eggs (1 oregon grey and 3 sweetgrass) pipped this morning on day 28 (out of 13). So fingers crossed!

Update: one sweetgrass turkey poult out!
