I'm on day 20 with 15 eggs in the bator, some barred rocks and some mixed, all at least half br.

just hatched out 19 out of 23 eggs from my young rhode island reds .. and they are precious and perfect...

Glad to hear everyone's hatches are going good. I have 1 baby, 2 pips, and lots of peeps. I think they want me to go to bed before they hatch.

i have a lg bator, and can not get the humd to stay up in it, have trays full of water and a bowl in it. what can i do?

Humm, I just have a homemade bator so not sure. It is so dry around here I was having a problem with mine also. I plugged a few holes at the top and sprayed warm water in my bottom holes. Not sure how yours is made and if that is possible.
I have alot of airholes on mine not sure how many they come made with.
