Who is pipping and waiting right now??

So far I have 29 out of 39 that have hatched and been moved to the brood box. Still lots of peeping in the incubator but I can't really tell which eggs or how many. We are helping a couple of freinds replenish some asian stock mostly thai games and aseels. I think my husband threw in a few eggs from the pen our buff laced Polish are sharing with our Russian Orloffs. Two chicks have beards and muffs, no crests but they definately aren't spangled.

It's day 18 for me and I only have 2 remaining eggs... now this morning I upped the humidity and put into egg carton... now around an hour and half ago I noticed a pip!!! I hear peeping as well... I am happy and scared at the same time... isn't it too soon for it to start this??

Ok here's an update since I've gotten home. When I left this morning we had 3 out, and Hubby called me this afternoon at work and said we had 4 more so that makes 7 right? Well, when I got home we had 1 more in the incubator. I counted the chicks in the box and we have 9. DH must not know how to count. LOL I've got one zipping right now as I am typing this. I've gotta go watch!

Good luck to the rest of you.

Somebody would have to ask me a hard question like "what kind of incubator do you have?"

I've forgotten. Styrofoam table top. One big picture window, fan, preset thermostat. I tried to look but the cats like to lay on top of it when it's going and have worn off the tag.

So here's my latest update. Out of 25 I have 10 left, and most have pipped! I do have a couple of questions though.

I have a couple who have a sticky film on them and they are dried off, do I wash them off? One hatched, and had thing on it's bottom, it's bleeding now what can I do to help it? Will it be ok?

Thanks in advance!
