pipping and hatching....11 out of 12 so far.

wow myst that is really awesome. We have four pips with two babies out of 11 and lots of movement from three other eggs. I think it will be another long night.

MissyPrissy, I now have 11 out of 21 eggs hatched. They are BEAUTIFUL!!! This is day 22, so I'm still hoping for more. Silkie and cochin fuzzy butts! I have never seen cuter babies in my life...and they're fighting already. Oh, God, I hope they're not all roosters!!!

It's amazing hatching your own versus hatchery or feed store birds. I have one white americauna who is huge but the biggest sweetheart, loves to be caressed. I'm sure it is a roo and he's a keeper. I am so in love.

I have 5 pips and 4 babies from the cochins. Only two more eggs to go. Boy I love my genesis!

I got 9 babies out of 13 fertile eggs.
