I beg to differ with you Cyn. I would put money down that you will soon be hatching again. This was just too many at once for you and there was a lot of heart-ache involved this spring.

YeeeHawwww!! So far, out of 21, I have 9 beautiful silkies and cochins. One is pipping now. I have high hopes for the rest. They were all still alive on day 18. Today is day 21...Good luck, everyone. I am exhausted...

Okay first ever batch...final numbers update:

8 english bantam incubated,

6 successfully hatched

2 died in shell (Don't know why)

But 75 % hatch is good for me.

Now on to the pheasant and quail...11 more days to go. Then the pacing in the kitchen begins again....what a long weekend, I think I need a vacation after this.

So sorry to hear about this. My newest batch looks to be a dud too. Of those 72 coturnix eggs one I know for sure was rotten before I got it! It exploded in my incubator this morning and now I am questioning the quailty of the rest.
