Have two pips and lots of cheeping -- no one is out yet though. I can see two little beaks. Day 21 starts at 3:45 for me. I wish so one would do something!

Pipping...... I'm Pipping right now!!!!!!!
I'm not due until tomorrow. But I'll take what I can get.
These are the black copper marans I've been incubating under my desk. I started with 13 eggs. On day eighteen I candled them and found 4 that weren't good. Nine were looking good so I moved them to a "hatching incubator" anddddddddd I've got Pipppppping!

Can you tell that I'm excited.

My broody Serama, has 3 eggs under her. Yesterday at this time, one was peeping but not pipping. Same thing today. I think she needs lessons! It's her first time and my first time broody hatching! The eggs are not due for a few days yet by my calendar but???

update: Today the one that was pipped is now zipping. But, a newbie has hatched and is peeping away at the 1st egg that pipped! so cute!
