I have 1 hatch and 2 pips this morning!

i am on day 20 on my barred rock and white rock eggs nothing yet but this morning I found an egg that was ozzing so I hurried and took it out before it exploded so I candled them and there were 6 that had stopped growing about a week ago, I dont know if any will hatch . we had let our white rock go and see if she would go broody and the eggs had been in her nest for awhile but she never went broody so we just put them in the bator to see if any would hatch, nothing yet.

We are finishing up our hatch... 7/9 eggs have hatched and we're waiting on the other 2. I'm not sure if those will make it. They haven't pipped yet. DO I still keep them in there after day 21?

I have my silkies that I need to put in there tonight that are due on Friday... These were shipped and it looks like only one of them looks promising. The other two have wabbly air sacs... I think they are going to drown before being able to pip!

i had a pip last night around 10:30. still looks the same this morning. i'm getting antsy! someone reassure me and tell me to keep my hands out of the bator!!

I had one that took 24 hours to hatch after pipping! So just wait...

Ditto... on both counts. I had a quail egg pip, and take 3 whole days to hatch!!! Talk about antsy!!! LOL!

One more BW quail hatching as I type this... Hi Jean!! Congrats MP, and everyone else pipping right now!

Well, I had the following this AM:

1 Rosecomb dead in shell - pipped but died
2 frizzles
2 showgirls

1 showgirl pipped
1 frizzle peeping

My Welsummers come out of the turner tomorrow - really hope those babies hatch good! I haven't ever had any of them.
