This lil bird sneeks in to the coop and eats out chicken food ,sleeps in our nests and who knows what mischief he /she is up to (it's not even scaird of me !)
What dose it want ?

Edit: oh yes I see you're from Ireland.
If that is so, the bird is most likely a red legged partridge or grey/English partridge. Very common around the United Kingdom including Ireland.

Here is a a photo of a grey partridge.
