Who is upset about this Raw Milk issue?

FeaganFarms you missed one critical issue. TB tests done on milk cows. My cow tested negative.
It is not just the grass and feed that needs to be worried about but the health of the animal.

It is illeagal for me to sell raw milk in my State. I was just asked the other day, by a guy I did not know, how much I was charging for raw milk, had to tell him it was all pastuerized and that I could not sell raw milk.
I only sell my extra milk to friends.

Does anybody know where the Amish farmers were who were busted for selling raw milk?

Personally I think we should be allowed to sell raw milk to those who wish to comsume it. If they are unaware of the possible risks, tell them before they make their final decision. But it should be up to the person consuming it, not the government. JMO (and probably that of some others).

Aside from the Rawsome farm in CA, I know there was a farm in MO that was raided.

Free country means nothing more than me not being able to make you my slave.

I work at a dairy farm, milking over 100 cows at 5 am, I would love to have some of the milk, but the milk goes straight from the cow to the milk tank.

I love raw goats milk too. One of the neighbors has some dairy goats, and I trade some eggs for it.

Someday, when I have save enough money to buy my dream farm, one of the first things that I will do is buy a bred Holstein heifer, and drink her yummy raw milk.

The government is not going to mess with me when it come to what I grow for myself!

I'm not a milk drinker (although I love cheese and yogurt), but I firmly believe that the government needs to keep its collective nose out of issues such as on-the-farm raw milk sales and home gardening. There have been, what, three cases this year of people being threatened with everything from fines to jail time by their municipal governments for gardening? Better watch out for those gardeners - they might plant a tomato or grow beans or something. Then again, it's not like cities like Memphis, TN (where the latest anti-garden issue has sprung up - the city ordered a teacher to get rid of his garden and beehives) have anything else with which to concern themselves such as drug dealing or murder.

Evidently at least one Wisconsin judge believes that we have no fundamental right to consume food we produce ourselves: http://www.foodrenegade.com/your-choice-of-food-fundamental-right/

Not any more. The corporations want you to pay for everything. One day you'll buy your clean oxygen tanks from a company. It's not a Liberal or Conservative issue...it's a CONSUMER'S RIGHT issue to buy what we want without a corporate-paid government agency spreading outright LIES about products, plants or natural materials to scare people into BUYING from them only.

The supplement "industry" is one of them. For CENTURIES native peoples have used the naturally growing plants, shrubs and trees to treat a myriad of ailments and diseases but the FDA and Big Pharma want to tell you they are too dangerous. Meanwhile the FDA passes the worst "medications" which kills thousands a year.

This country is becoming less and less "free".
