Cochins have feathered legs too and a single comb which she appears to have. That’s why they said that. Cochins are very sweet birds.

Btw she has webbed feet and hair only on the top of her foot. I don’t think she is a blue Cochin. Rather a Brahma mix

She only has it on her feet not her legs

It looks like feathered legs to me. They're just more prominent on the bottom part of the shanks

You could get blue eggs from her too. Many of my Easter Eggers lay blue eggs.

She is. But not a brahma. Brahma don't have straight combs
