who laid these eggs? We have a rir that’s laying and a bo that’s laying but neither of these look like bo eggs, and we have a slw and 3 br that aren’t laying yet. What breeds laid these eggs?

They were laid the same day, we only have one rir

The one on the right could be from your BO just darker than usual, I've had ones that are almost white from my BRs. Are you 100% positive they were laid on the same day though?

Yes, I’m 100 % that they were laid the same day, we got the one on the right this morning and the one on the left tonight, the left one had a rir feather stuck to it, but the bo eggs we’ve gotten have been cream colored and grainy

How old is your RIR. Sometimes when my hens just started to lay I would get an extra egg once in a while it happens.

They are all 30 weeks. The rir has been laying since October 4.

Hopefully tomorrow both laying chickens (bo and rir) will lay and we’ll get another egg from one of the 4 freeloaders
