Who on BYC has the LARGEST, chicken? and give us some pics!!

i nominate "huny" for this.... She hasnt posted in a long time, but she has a black astralorpe, and HES HUGE! I believe he is around 18 pounds, but here is a picture of me and him. His name is Tarzan cause he crows so loud. Keep in mind, i am ONLY 5'2' and about 115 pds... my ring size is a size 6.

Rusty's a pure bred Rhode Island Red rooster that I happened to weigh and measure yesterday out of curiosity.

He weigh's 12 pounds and he's over 30 inches tall at the tip of his comb.

What'cha think about MY Big Boy?

Wow, great thread! I read the whole thing.

Bad thing is... makes me want a really big, handsome roo.

I already have a Serama roo, he's like 8 inches tall. He's always scared of me, hanging back in the coop. Ares is really pretty though!

Here a picture of DH's new Blue giant rooster he got yesterday. Hes 6 months old I thought our other rooster were big but this guy is hugh and still growing.
