This is hilarious! He sounds like a fussing baby. I'd rather listen to him all day rather than my bonehead roo who crows non-stop from before dawn 'til dusk. I especially love it when your black and white dog turns and looks at him like, "Dude, what are you doing?"

when mined started a month or so ago, he was singing the correct song, but it sounded like he was singing it through a kazoo, and looked like he was making ZERO effort. instead of ERRR, er, ERRR, er, EERROOOWW, he was a scratchy, errooeroo-eeeww. he was looking around while doing it, like he was completely unaware the sound was coming from him! lol

he's has since figured it out and he and my older rooster have crowing matches. there are several other smaller roosters, too, but they are scared of the dominant rooster, and haven't even tried yet

Thanks so much for all your comments... I've laughed out loud at all of them. Echo (the black and white Aussie) was truly confused there in the last few frames. She was also VERY concerned, you couldn't hear it in the video but she was whinning like "hey Mom, this one needs help"...
