Have not experienced it myself....but love the pictures people post of a momma with her chicks...after that I like seeing a broody hen on a nest with the first chick peeking out!

i found the other pics of my hen and her 2 chicks i took today
the ginnies that are with her are ones she hatched out back in july
they still think shes mom
