I am about to set two Muscovy eggs in my Hova. Gen. 1588.

My sweet little hens were just killed by the USPS--and I have one egg--please let em be fertile--from EACH hen.

Never used a bator before. Oh please let this work. But both eggs were washed and in the fridge for five days.

I am not optimistic........

I see veins and a little heart beating on day 7 with ducks. Got a great little flashlight where I can see right through the eggs. I have twelve eggs in the incubator, some were put in a couple of days later. I was thinking about moving them into another incubator when tomorrow when I stop turning haven't decided. Anybody keep two groups of eggs in a few days a part. Is it okay to do that, or do you lose too much humidity when you turn the later batch.

Isn't it exciting. I can't wait until mine hatch.. Black Swedish, Coy, and Runner Ducks. Everything seems to be great in 12 eggs. Air Cell right size and they all were moving when candled. I just don't want to goof it up here in the end. I have two Little Giant incubators that I put computer fans in. but plan to buy a new one for my classroom next year. I've been looking at a tx-6. Does anyone know anything about that brand. There was an old one - in our storage room and I took the thermometers off of it to use in one of the Little Giants.. they seem to be right on. Any suggestions on good incubators would be appreciated.

I have two blue swedish and one black swedish duck who lay blue eggs. My silver swedish girl lays a white egg. The blues are beautiful but the white is larger.

Good luck with your hatch Majestic Farm!
