What breeds are good brooders so i do not have to mess to much with incubators? i would like a friendly breed who is a great setter

this is my first hatch on my own. when i was a kid my family and i hatch parrot eggs. i ordered from a member of byc Hot2Pot. she gave me a great deal, best out of all three of my orders from byc members. but here they are on the second day so far
