Whole flock sick and not eating, Please Help

I use stall pellets with zero problems, but yours could be a different brand with different ingredients.

I wonder if it could be something in the run - a mold or fungus or bacterium - that is developing like crazy because of the wet. I'd be tempted to muck out the entire thing and start anew.
I just added them to the muddy half of the run Friday night. They were the only kind tractor supply had. The girls inside are on them too with no issues. I scooped what was dirty out but may scoop the rest out and start over tomorrow.
I don't see any mold or anything growing in the run or coop.

Glad to know you've used stall pellets with no issues. They were fine on the dirt until all this rain and I've struggled to decide what to use.

Can you post pictures of a hen and a roo? Also of the poo?
The color of his comb is not coming through good in the pictures. It's very dark red and then purplish in places.

Then one of the girls' faces is very pale.

One poo from yesterday and one from today.

Poor babies 😥, if the pellets were only from Friday that can't be it. The reddish poo could be cocci, can you take some and dilute a small amount in a cup of water, if the water turns reddish then it's blood. Treat with corid per the instructions from a post earlier in this thread.

Couldn't hurt to treat them with Corid.

And the tsc ones are what I've used.

I will check the poo like that when I get home today. Glad to hear it's probably not the pellets. I am leaning towards coccidiosis and wondering about possible sour crop with it.

I've been giving Corid in their water for the past 2 days and last night gave an oral drench per the instructions in a previous post.
Haven't gotten them up yet today. Hoping to see some sort of improvement. Heartbreaking not to hear crowing. He usually starts at 4am.
I accidentally made my rooster throw up getting him out of the coop last night. When tipped forward water just poored out of his mouth because his crop was so full 😢

Several still had full crops of water last night but my one sweet girl that has a broken beak had a little food in her crop. She followed me around and pecked at the phone. Hoping that is some good sign that there's hope for them. She hasn't been as bad as the rest though.
Her comb color is completely normal.
Adding a pic of sweet Judith and her poor crooked beak. She felt good enough to pick at everyone else standing around.

Three more days of corid and then take a break. You can start them on miconazole if their crops aren't emptying overnight.

I have the same recommendation as an earlier post, clean their run thoroughly this weekend. With the weather this year I've spent more money on bedding than any other year. So much mud.

I would begin addressing the crops not emptying now too.

There is no need to wait in treating the crop or giving Miconazole when using Corid.

If possible, take some poop samples to your vet for testing to see if worms, Coccidiosis or something else shows up.
The Corid won't hurt them, but if all are having full crops in the morning, I would lean toward something they ingested.

Stall pellets sounds feasible.

Cleaning out the run is my plans for Saturday. I've scooped what I could so far and tried to move some around so it would dry.

Will start miconazole tonight. I believe they definitely have some sour crop going on. I smelled a bit of a sour smell from one last night and crops were still full of water this morning.

Everyone is still with us this morning, and they all came out on their own but one. Rooster crowed once. Most of them walked around a little this morning and preened their feathers, but after about 30 minutes everyone just stood in the same place until I left for work.

Thanks for your alls help!
