i don't know what to do. Our flock of hyline all have black on their combs. The roosters ate really bad. One has his eye shut. What do we do? It's been over a month. We built a movable cage avd just finished we are trying it now hoping that will help.

Looks to be fowl pox. Some with more experience on the subject may be able to discern from the pics whether or not it's wet or dry fowl pox. Do a search on the forum for "fowl pox" and how to treat. Best of luck!

It may he pox, especially if you are seeing mosquitoes, since that is how the virus is spread. You should use some Vetricyn eye gel or Terramycin or Neosporin ointment in the eyes of any with scabs near eyes and the one with swollen eyes to help prevent secondary infections. If any are not eating or are very weak, they can have the wet type of pox inside the throat and airway. Loook inside the throat for any yellow patches. Unfortunately, there is no treatment except supportive treatment. Tube feeding can be done for one not drinking or eating.
