Whooo Hooo!! Six for six!!

I'm so proud of my Girls! I've got six hens, and today, for the first time, I got six eggs!! Granted, some of them are still little pullet eggs, but at least now I can stop calling them free loaders!

I'm 0 for 6 with my 17 week olds (2 RIR, 2 BSL, 2 SLW). Does anyone have a guesstimate as to when they should start laying?? I know different breeds start laying at different ages. This is my first time having chickens and I'm very patiently awaiting my first egg.

I have NO idea when your girls will lay! I have 22 week old BR, BO, RIR and Ameraucanas and 19 week old EE and I haven't even heard the egg song everyone says that comes frst... NOT one egg from a dozen hens!!!!
