Who's hatching around April 17th?

Grr I had one try to kick out early I guess, little sucker started bleeding. I went and ran in the kitchen and now he's being prevented from tearing out and bleeding more by press-n-seal. That can stay on for several hours and we'll see, but he can't get free, he won't dehydrate and I left an opening for him to breathe. Over-achievers are such a pain.

There are two others pipped, let's hope they have more sense, and two that should pip tonight. They're both pullet eggs and will need close watching.

Then there's the souls for the days after that in the other bator. Multiple madnesses.

here's hoping...

I've got 7 BCM and BCM/CM cross under a broody. Day 20 today. First hatch.
The WAITING is gonna KILL me!!!

And there are five fluffing chicks to keep him company. Rolf - the kicker who bled, made it. He was one of the weird aircell shipped chicks.

The three with the broken huge air cells made it and they're BBS ROCKS!

And the two tiny pullet eggs actually did produce tiny shrink wrapped healthy little chicks that needed help to finish zipping. Wow they really do get sandwiched in there. One is the first ever hatched from my young cockeral PR George which is neat.

Not a one died, no deformities. Phase three begins tonight or tomorrow. After all the disaster it a rewarding morning pics later. I'm going to drink a gallon of coffee first.

Thank you all for the thoughts, prayers and support for this amazingly staggered hatch.
