Theeggbox - I am pretty sure if it had silkie in it, she would have black skin.

Not all the Favs come in the black with salmon combo. I hatched a Salmon Blue Fav cockerel last spring and he was beautiful:

The Salmon Faverolle Cockerel I had:
Gandalf

Then this is what the SF pullets looked like:

And the White Fav pullet, but as she got older she started getting a bit of salmon coloring too, but not much.
