If the power goes out your eggs will be fine. However long your incubator is lower then normal temp will be how much longer it will take for them to hatch. I've incubated eggs in a shed before out at my moms and had a 3 day power outtage. I thought for sure that my eggs were goners. My dad plugged it back in when the power came back on, I had unplugged it thinking they were dead no point in going on. He wouldn't let me toss them. they all hatched 3 days late. Not one of them was effected by the outtage other then delayed hatch.lol it hasn't gone off yet. Called the power company but they didn't answer. will call again in a little bit... along with the incubator I'm trying to work on my classes (all online this semester) so it's important I know these things (they are supposed to give you a call as a heads up but never do :/).
