Why am I having a problem with mobile app?

Mine is a Pixel 2 and it's updated. I don't use the internet browser because I forgot my password

Your phone probably doesn't have the ability to run the app.

Have you tried deleting some of your other apps or some of your pictures to free up space on the phone?

Are you still having issues this morning? There were a lot of Google updates last night.... Wondering if all of the updates might have solved your problem.

It did it again a few minutes ago when hit watched threads. It closes out the app. Usually when I go back on it doesn't do it again for a little while.

I'm probably going to use the internet browser to use it. I'll figure out what my password is.

It runs good for the most part, just once in a while closes out on me.

when you try to log in on the browser you can click forgot password and They will email you it.

If your phone can't handle it, you don't have to use the App to get the most out of BYC. I don't use the app and from what I have heard the app is not a whole lot different than the internet browser addition of BYC. Good luck!

Try resetting it. It works better not on app I don't have a lot of apps on my phone either. I just uninstalled the app

Resetting my phone? I don't want to lose everything on it. I've restarted it and everything. I'll just use the web browser.
