Why am I having a problem with mobile app?

I installed it, and it keeps shutting down. What am I doing wrong?

If your phone can't handle it, you don't have to use the App to get the most out of BYC. I don't use the app and from what I have heard the app is not a whole lot different than the internet browser addition of BYC. Good luck!

I don't personally use the app, I view BYC through a web browser on my phone. You could try that in the interim.

Oh, and as stated, we suggest people simply use the mobile version of the site in their browser. It should provide a better user-experience in the long-term.

Your phone probably doesn't have the ability to run the app.

Have you tried deleting some of your other apps or some of your pictures to free up space on the phone?

Mine is a Pixel 2 and it's updated. I don't use the internet browser because I forgot my password
