why are all my eggs dieing lost 9 in 8 days i never lost this Meny thi

Hun- Here's what you need to do-- in this order...

1--Go re-read the directions on how to properly
incubate and hatch eggs (every bird has different requirements-- ducks/geese/chickens)

2- Clean/sterilize your incubator

3-- run it empty and check the temps/humidity
without opening it

4--make absolutely certain you have fertile eggs
that are/were stored properly.. or they will
never hatch no matter what you do.

5-- find someone that lives with/near you that may
be able to walk you thru it if all else fails...
You must be doing something wrong,
or they would hatch.

6--Don't ask for more help until you do the above
steps-- ALL of them...

Hopefully, this will fix the situation....

Good Luck.

I think your hum is way to high, I understand you have duck eggs also, but that is WAY to high for chicken eggs, I keep mine around 30-40 and have great hatch rates. I think incubating ducks and chicks together is not a great idea, unless you are a pro and know some special way to do it. No it's not your fault the chicks are dieing (unless you are doing something mean to the eggs), we all have problem hatches and make mistakes !!! But maybe you should ask your parents to be more involed in you hatches, that way they can help !!!! If you don't mind me asking how old are you ??

The reason why people are responding to your posts the way they are is that they think you are full of crap and they think your "starting problems" and dont really need help or care about your eggs, that's the reason you aren't getting a lot of help. I guess it all goes back to the "double yolk" egg post, and the egg post that you took the shell off of (not a good idea) so because of that post people think YOU are killing your eggs, Thats what could and might happend if you remove parts of shells on growing chicks.

I don't be live you are doing this on purpose, I just think you are very young and don't fully understand what you are doing, and should be supervised doing it, I can also tell by reading your posts that your young, and I understand that children don't always do the "right thing" and see and understand things different than adults do. That's just me everyone thinks different !!!

I do wish you luck with your hatch, and PLEASE try to do the right thing when you have problems with your eggs. like seminolewind said there is ALOT of good advise on here.... listen, learn and search the site !!!! Again, Good luck !!!!

Because you keep opening the shell.......

Sorry - don't even believe you anymore!

Neither do I since most of your posts are about dying chicks or dying eggs.
