Why are my chicks butts so swollen looking???

Some of my chicks butt area looks really big like it swollen or something.
I have no clue why.
Can anyone tell me why this happens and what to do to help.

How old are your chicks?

They are around 2 weeks old. Don't have any pics right now but I can try and get some.
Its like all under the vent area is swollen looking. Weird!!
