They are all grown and laying now this was an old thread.I got my isa browns in november at about 20 weeks. They were point of lay. I fed them well. They like crumbles better then pellets in my experience. Give them another month since they are outside. The light really does affect them.
The other kind of birds I got at the end of july didnt start laying until december. They lay like a month earlier than isa browns. By that math yours should start laying by the end of this month.
Also do you have oyster shell for them to have strong egg shells? Put it in something by itself so they can get it just when they need it.
