WHY ARE MY HENS NOR LAYING EGGS

Good afternoon everyone! I have a question that I'm hoping someone could help me with. Why are my hens not laying eggs I have 10-15 hens and I'm lucky to get 1 egg a day. I'm located in New Brunswick Canada and we are currently sitting at -2 with snow of course

How long have your numbers been down for? Usually chickens will either slow down or completely stop laying this time of year due to molting and shorter daylight hours.

What breed/age are they? What is their diet? These things can effect egg production. And at minus two you'd better find them fast before they freeze!

Well I would say for a week and a half around the time our clocks went back honestly

How many hours of daylight do you have?

It's normal for chickens to slow down or stop laying when the hours of light drop below about 14 hours.

How long since they've stopped laying?
Do you free range?
I assume you mean -2C?
