Why are my neighbors feeding MY dog??? -rant :)

I for one agree that the neighbors should not feed stray dogs that they want to keep off thier property....That is a stupid stupid thing to do!!!! In my opinion they share some of the blame....you don't feed an animal that you know has a home and that you DON'T want on your property.

If my neighbors dog came over here and killed my cat i wouldn't be putting out Purina Dog Chow for them.
