Why are my PRB eggs like this?

They were laid 2/1 I bring them to a full rolling boil and then remove from the heat and let them stand for 12-15 minutes. Then they go into ice bath and I peel. They PRB eggs are always like that. I first thought there was more yolk than white They have great taste. I wanted to pickle these, but I'm doing egg salad instead.
So they were ~20 days old when you boiled them?
The PBR(Plymouth barred rock?)egg always boil up with off center yolks and the other birds eggs do not?
Do the PBR eggs have thinner whites than the other birds' when using for other purposes?

For the best result you want to lay the eggs you are going to boil up on their sides for a day or two before hand (that gives the yolk some time to settle more toward the center of the egg), a week or more old is best but I've done it with fresher eggs. I have found ones made in the instant pot to peel the easiest if they are fresher eggs too. (personally I've found 5 mins at pressure in the instant pot to be plenty of time, I just quick release afterward and have had not troubles, but I rarely make more than a dozen at a time)
