Why are My white rocks legs fat at 8 weeks

In these pictures I see a bantam rooster of some sort, and a cornish cross cockerel. TSC tends to get chicks mixed up, so that may be where the confusion came from. Neither are laying you eggs. Sometimes chickens just sit in the nesting boxes because they're weird.

I'm not that experienced with meat birds, but that bird does look big for 8 weeks. Do you have pics from when they were younger? Also, I missed the RIR hen. She may be giving you eggs.
