Why are these chicks dying?

So my Bro-in-law works at Rural king(the chicks are from hoovers hatchery)
he just got a job in the farm section as a manager.
He has standard chickens and ducks but he doesn't have bantams but I have bantams so he asked me why these
bantam chicks keep dying he said they had enough heat,food,and water and some die from shipping of course
I am thinking Marek's or Coccidiosis but I decided to consult you guys

Can't tell without more information. What are the temps? Are they huddling or chirping loudly? Any bloody stools or pasty butt?

I was at Tractor Supply yesterday and they had full-size waterers (for adult chickens) in the bantam bin and the tiny chicks were falling in.

Could be many things but if they are hatchlings under a week old it shouldn't be Cocci.

Ok I will get more info and no it is not the waterers we already tested that I was thinking Marek's or coccidiosis since rural king does not vaccinate for that

I think you're right. Marek's symptoms don't show up until later.

Cocci has a 5-to-7-day incubation period, you would not see signs until then even if they came in contact at hatch.
