Why are these fertile eggs not developing?

I’ve had this batch in since the 26th, so it’s been seven days. There is semen inside of the yolk, but no development at all. These are very small serama eggs- the smallest I’ve ever seen even in comparison to other serama eggs I’ve gotten. I can’t imagine that it takes longer for them to develop.
What are some mistakes I could’ve made to prevent their growth? All the other eggs in my incubator are developing accordingly.

I have some Cochin eggs, fertile, but not one hatched yet, I think.

Are there fresh eggs or the eggs you were incubating? They are not fertile. That dot is the blastocyst, not the blastoderm.
Blastoderm = fertile, blastocyst = infertile.

What is this semen inside the yolk you speak of, I believe they are microscopic. Are you talking about the chalaza?

Those look like polka dots not bullseye's to me.. meaning infertile as others have noted already.

Are they from your flock or shipped, what is the age of the birds?

Yeah, my bad. You guys have been a big help
Are they from your flock or shipped,
They’re from my flock
what is the age of the birds?
They’re less than a year old, but so was the rooster who impregnated my older hen. She’s got developing chicks so I figured the same for these birds. Especially since they laid around twelve eggs out of nowhere. They’re full of feathers since they’re frizzles and much smaller than that male. I’ve got other birds the same size hatching that I hope can get the job done. Although I’m not sure if those feathers get in the way

They’re so cute! I have no experience with Seramas, however, I have some sablepoots, and so far, I hatched out 5/5 chicks. Really sorry I couldn’t help :(

Unless you're using normal eggs they may not develop.
