Why did egg color change?

Chickens don't like change and moving pens will have stressed them. That will affect them physically like the strange egg shells and yes they will stop laying, perhaps even for a couple of weeks and have an upset digestive system. They may also demonstrate the psychological stress by pacing the fence line or feather pecking or even hiding out on the roost during the day looking depressed.

Just keep an eye on everyone, keep their food and water topped off like normal - might even add a tablespoon or so per gallon of ACV to the water IF you're not using a metal waterer - and offer them the normal treats. Everyone should settle down in a few days. If there are other symptoms that pop up, you can give us a holler, but I would guess it's just that they really didn't like the move... chickens are very much animals of habit, and when their habits are disrupted, especially like a move, they sometimes act up in very pronounced ways.
