WHY!!! Do dogs enjoy rolling in/over/on DEAD animals?

YES but why !!! When they get the best darn dog food twice a day !!!

My wife says dogs have cleaner mouths than humans. True as far as germs but I won't kiss one. Don't have to hide the cats litter box from humans to keep them from eating it.

In our house the litter box is called the orderve box...yuck....we had to get a cover one and turn it so the opening faces the wall.

They roll in dead things to show the other pack members that they have "made a kill". The stink elevates their status/rank in the pack.

Their mouths aren't really cleaner than ours. They have less of a variety of bacteria than we do in our mouths. Not less bacteria.

I bit my wife once and she got a staph infection. She tried to take my food away.
