Why do my Australorps look so different?

My australorps are the same way. I have one hen that is stocky, and the others are smaller. They are adults now, and still different sizes.

I think they're both female. This is my Australorp Edna. She has some big wattles and a large comb....and has started producing a pullet sized egg every day now (even in this heat). She's a good chicken!

I think you have one that is closer to maturity than the other but both girls.

I also have an Australorp and a Dominique that look like yours. I had a bunch (20) of rooters and they are already gone to a friend. I know the ones I have left are girls, but they just more mature than the others. Love the stink eye!

Definetly BOTH pullets!! I have 2. One has a nice big comb & wattle she just devolpded in the past week or so and the other has no comb or wattle to speak of!! There about 23 weeks old. Same thing with some BO's I have out of 5 only one has matured so far.

they are both hen, one of my BAs started laying at 17 weeks and at 16 weeks her comb was a lot bigger.
