Hmm... what if you put the legal (for your state) definition of trespassing in big ol' letters? For us that would be
§ 30.05. CRIMINAL TRESPASS. (a) A person commits an
offense if he enters or remains on or in property, including an
aircraft or other vehicle, of another without effective consent or
he enters or remains in a building of another without effective
consent and he:
(1) had notice that the entry was forbidden; or
(2) received notice to depart but failed to do so.
Hmm... bit long winded really, and that doesn't even include all the definitions and whatnot.
Maybe you could just sum it up?
NO TRESPASSING.
Per Texas Code § 30.05
If I don't know that you were coming we can't have given you Oral or Written Permission for this visit.
Our fence is designed to exclude intruders from trespassing, aka Notice of Forbidden Entry.
Our gate is designed to exclude intruders from trespassing, aka Notice of Forbidden Entry.
This sign is another notice of forbidden entry AND a Notice To Depart.
Should you ignore these and trespass you will be taking your own life, and criminal record, into your own hands.
YES, We Mean YOU
Anyone think guilt would work?? Maybe a "Please do not violate the sanctity of our home?"
Naw... criminals don't care about your feelings else they wouldn't BE criminals... darn.
Hey, anyone have signs in anything other than English? I was thinking maybe go all the way around alternating English, Spanish, German, French, etc. That should make it rather obvious no? Anyone even seen a sign in anything other than English? Suppose you could make your own...
Edit... did find an English AND Spanish one...

Edit again... Good Grief but do they think I want everyone to know that my Grown Hubby is a WoW addict?
