1)  We have all 4 seasons--lately in the same day.
2)  Very diverse population from old style amish to "that's too modern for me".  Lot of different cultures in area.
3)  Use to be very cheap area to live until all the transfers for jobs, now we're as high as most altho not as bad as IL or MI.
4)  Conservative area altho little too conservative for me politically.
5)  30 minutes from anywhere and anything you want to do.  2 hours from Major cities of Chicago, Indy--that's close enough and sometimes too close.
6)  For me, great neighbors.  If you need help, think it and somebody is there.  Try to do the same.  Snowy days it's a race to see who starts on neighbors driveways first....we are all about 1/4 mile from each other.
7)  With neighbors being 1/4 mile from each other, me and boy pee whenever and wherever(maybe not wherever) we want.  Wife and daughter don't understand the joy of this....
		
		
	
	
8)  Lot of good ribbing about sports from PU, IU, UI, MI, OSU fans along w/other colleges.  Big10 country at it's finest.
