Is the pigeon mix for nutritional boost

I like the Pigeon Grain better than Scratch Grain.
The pigeon grain mix that I use is 13% protein and contains -
Wheat, Milo, Maple Peas, Trapper Peas, Austrian Peas, Buckwheat Corn (whole) White Millet, Oat Groats, and Safflower seed.

I have a 3 year old barred rock. I was planning on entering her in the county fair next year. She has all the required aspects of a show quality bird but one problem, white-grey legs! Is this a problem and will she get disqualified?
