why doesnt my roo show interest in pullet same age as him

I bought them same date. They are exact age. They are both six monthd old.. Why does he go after every hen, but her? Is it due to fact she has not laid an egg yet?

Therefore, NOT MATURE YET?
 
I thought in a too human way first, initially, I thought maybe my banty cochin roo couldnt get ahold of her due to her frizzy feathers..but then I realized i would still see him make attempts. Lol
 
It shows he has good instinct for who is 'fertile' and who is not,
many young cockerels do not have that 'skill'.
Hopefully it is an indicator that he will be an excellent flock cock.
Yes, you make a good point..alot of roos i have seen one of my friends go after juveniles that have yet to lay. A pullet. Lol. I guess my bantam cochin roo hastwo types of.. Standards, (Not just hens)
