As @Eggcessive says, parasites (internal and/or external) are a very common culprit. I would treat for these with a dewormer and some flea spray under their wings, around their vent and neck (under the feathers) and see if it makes a difference. It's an easy one to tackle first

yeah its balanced chicken feed ,no mites , its summer so i dont worm them but its not too hot about 25celsius,sorry for my english using a translator

Most people here feed chickens with one type of grain or layer feed. We also give the chickens food leftovers.Our chickens often walk around the pond and eat something there, sometimes they even get into the water. Could it be that the rooster ate something from there and got sick?I think the rooster feels a bit better.
