She passed away some time during the night. She had a heat plate. And the “force feeding” was more of using a dropper to drop watered down food onto her tongue for her to swallow.
Should I put the rest of the chicks back on the medicated food? @aart You had said a while back it looked like it already treated coccidioss. What early symptoms should I look for with the other chicks?

Not sure what I said, but I am not familiar with that medication or what it might 'treat/prevent'.
After some quick goggling.....
Bacitracin Methylene Disalicylate appears to be an antibiotic used to treat enteritis(bacterial disease)....not sure that covers Coccidiosis(protozoan parasite).
@Eggcessive or @casportpony or @Wyorp Rock or @Pyxis would know better than I.

Nope. It looked like she had a seizure. She was straight as a board. Legs straight out and head twisted

Sorry that happened. I had a chick that was 4 weeks and she died too. I was told it was possibly a defect in the chick and they don't live long. All my others survived and were way bigger than my chick that past.

That's a heart attack in chickens. Possibly a heart problem.
