Too cute! We have crowned cranes at our zoo, and one of them fell in love with the ostrich.

He had another crane, but he followed the ostrich around, and flirted continuously. It was really ridiculous. Thank you for sharing your photo with us!

Very nice african cranes, thier dances must be really something to watch. Wish i could afford them and had the space!!!

These guys are pinioned, although they could jump the fence easily if they wanted too, but I've raised them from 2 months old so they think of fences as boundaries...... although everything else is fair game. I was lucky enough to have a friend that's pair hatches out chicks every year. These guys are just so funny to watch, in to everything.... probably how I got the flat in the first place. They find stuff then start throwing it up in the air, pulling stuff out, running off with things.... very child like.
